Baladna, the Association for Arab Youth, was formed in order to balance the educational resources available to the Palestinians in Israel. In ‘Palestinian Youth Affairs in Israel,’ Mtanes Shehadeh and Himmat Zoabi researched 1,100 students and young people, examining issues such as identity and belonging, social attitudes, public participation, education and employment. This publication sheds some light on the challenging reality of young Palestinians in Israel.
