In 2025, the Galilee Foundation is partnering with Challenge to Change to support the SheCodes Initiative, providing online training for marginalized Palestinian and Syrian women. This six-month program equips participants with essential technical and remote work skills, enabling them to generate income and support their families.
Through this grant, 120 women will receive specialised training in digital marketing, graphic design, virtual assistant skills and remote work coaching—fields in which the SheCodes initiative has seen high success rates in securing employment and reported 100% satisfaction rate by its graduates. In previous cohorts, 95% of participants secured income directly due to their SheCodes training. Many graduates have obtained remote jobs and earn salaries that sustain both themselves and their families.
